The World Games Update & NARCh Finals Starts

The WORLD GAMES UPDATE AFTER DAY 2

What a busy weekend for Roller Hockey! The world Games are taking place in Birmingham, AL, and NARCh Finals have started in Irvine, CA. We're gonna talk World Games for a minute, Day 2 is in the books, and Day 3 is getting ready to start on Sunday. USA and Czech were the Two dominant teams on Day 2 as the Czech drowned Swiss 16-1 and 6 different players scored a goal. Martin Fiala had a Hat trick and 2 Apples for Czech. USA vs France was my personal pick for game of the day (No it couldn't be because I want USA to win). The game started out as a back and forth game and there were definitely some debatable calls that they either called Goal or no Goal. Having a proper live stream on TV would have helped this. Tyler Kraft led the way for Team USA with a hat trick, Nathan Sigmund had 2 Apples and T Noe tallied 2 goals. Redmann would start in net for USA.

Day 3 starts Tomorrow, France vs Canada has to be the game of the day as that will determine the 2nd seed in Pool B. With Canada's big W today over Colombia it should give the boys from up North some confidence and an extra pep in their step against France. If Baumer shares his Secret Maple Syrup, the boys will be good to go! On the other hand, Karl Gab and France look to bounce back from an L to USA. France is very speedy up-and down-the-floor kind of team. They have an aggressive forecheck and can capitalize on their chances. I am excited to see this game unfold. But you have to wonder... Who does Canada start in Net? Do they go with Teed or Laner? Laner had the W Today but Teed has that stonewall Mentality.
