GRENOBLE YETI CUP 2024
Grenoble Yetis Cup
Roller Hockey in the French Alps? Absolutely! Before getting into the tournament, let's set the scene.
Grenoble, is nestled in the French Alps and close to Switzerland, is home to the Grenoble Yetis, a Pro Roller team in the Ligue Elite, France Pro League. The Yeti Cup brought the excitement of roller hockey to this picturesque location, featuring four different divisions: Pro, Juniors, Open AA, and Open A. All the photos you will see on here are from World Inline Hockey Photos. Give them a follow on Facebook! Facebook page
One of the highlights of the Yeti Cup was the All-Star Game, which featured the Grenoble Yetis (Pro Roller, Ligue Elite) facing off against Les Brûleurs de Wolves (Pro Ice team, Ligue Magnus). Among the stars was Alexandre Texier, an NHL player from the Columbus Blue Jackets, who played with the Wolves. The Yetis took the W with a commanding 10-5 victory. It was close at first but the Roller experience definitely took over and Yeti took off with the Win. The Game Featured over 1k Fans in attendance! Gotta love that support for Roller. Some of the boys from Grenoble will also be Representing Team France at the upcoming World Championships and PAMA Pro. For a Replay of the game watch below.

Women's 3v3 All-Star game
The event also showcased a Women's 3v3 All-Star game, featuring some of the top talent from around France. Which is super cool because they didn't have a women's division so it gave the oppurtunity for the Ladies to showcase their skill. For a Replay of the Game watch Below.
