2025 SUMMER PRO ROLLER HOCKEY AWARDS

Pro Division Summer AWARDS Recap

The summer roller hockey season was packed with Upsets, huge performances, and unforgettable finishes across the sport’s three major pro events—NARCh Pro, PAMA Pro Invitational, and TORHS Pro.

PAMA Labeda Golden Knights were the most consistent Team in the game, finishing with a dominant 16-2-1 record and capturing the NARCh Pro Championship with a win over CarShield in the final.

At the PAMA Pro Invitational, the summer’s most prestigious event, Unify Konixx Black Ice pulled off one of the wildest endings in pro history. In overtime against PAMA, with a delayed penalty coming, PAMA’s goalie went to the bench—only for a pass to end up in their own empty net, sealing the championship for Black Ice.

CarShield also took home major hardware, winning the TORHS Pro Championship with a victory over the Tour Road Runners. However, the Road Runners’ poor showing at PAMA Pro hurt their overall ranking.

Skittles made a deep run to the NARCh Pro semifinals, but couldn’t get past the PAMA Pro Play-In to qualify for the Invitational. Labeda FREEZ and CarShield Blast both won their groups in the Play-In and earned their way into the Invitational. Labeda Freez Was up and down all summer finding there groove for a first year pro team.

Rinkster Blood & Feathers failed to beat any top-10 teams this summer and didn’t advance to the Invitational, but they did win the PAMA Pro Play-In title—making them champions at the Tier 2 pro level. It will be interesting to see if they get the bid to The PAMA Pro Invitational next year as the Roadrunners will be in the Play in..

From champions to surprise storylines, the 2025 pro summer showed just how deep the Roller hockey talent pool is—and left fans counting the days until the puck drops again.

FINAL PRO RANKINGS 2025

1. PAMA Labeda Golden Knights – NARCh Pro Champions after a stellar 16-2-1 campaign, capped by a finals win over CarShield. Looked dangerous all summer, Looked like they had PAMA Pro ship in their hands before a heartbreaking OT Own goal. Still the most consistent Team all summer.

2. Unify Konixx Black Ice – PAMA Pro Champions in one of the wildest endings in pro history, but when it comes to Playoffs the boys know how to win no matter the way they find it. Dangerous team to play in the ploffs.

3. CarShield – TORHS Pro Champs with a 15-4 record, defeating the RoadRunners in the final. A tough PAMA Pro showing kept them from challenging for the #1 spot. If they have Spezia all summer things could be different. He is a game changer.

4. Konixx Ragecats – Dangerous in spurts and capable of beating anyone, but inconsistent play kept them out of the summer’s biggest finals. Made it to PAMA Pro Semis but couldn't finish.

5. TCS Envious Wings – A gritty, hard-working squad that finished with a winning record and proved they can skate with the elite. The Goaltending is huge for this team. When Teed is on the whole team is on. With the Bennett Bros this team can make runs.

6. Tour Road Runners – Made it to the TORHS Pro Final but stumbled badly at PAMA Pro, which cost them in the overall rankings. Missing some big guns like Max Halverson and Pat Maroon hurt them at PAMA. Makes you think how valuable Max is to the Roadrunners.

7. Labeda FREEZ – Won their PAMA Pro Play-In group to earn a spot in the Invitational, showing they belong on the main stage. But has been inconsistent in there first year of Pro. They have the pieces to make runs.

8. CarShield Blast  – A Young Missouri based team battled through a tough schedule with flashes of strong play, but couldn’t put it together. Won the PAMA Pro Play-in group stage moving up to PAMA Pro.

9. Rinkster Blood & Feathers – They found there groove in the Play in and ran the tables after not making the invitational. Couldn’t get a win against top-10 opponents but still claimed the PAMA Pro Play-In title, making them Tier 2 Pro champs. It will be interesting if they get the call up to the PAMA Pro Invitational. They Deserve the 9 spot.

10. Skittles – Made the NARCh Pro semifinals, but their PAMA Pro Play-In run ended short of the Invitational. They have the pieces and Team to make it deep runs.

TOP GOALIE

Jimmy Teed - TCS Envious WingsIn a division filled with elite offensive talent, Jimmy Teed stood tall all summer long, earning the Most Valuable Goalie award. Teed was truly behind the success for the Envious Wings. He was truly on another level making some of the most ridiculous saves all summer long. A Tendy who works on his craft day in and day out, it showed this summer. Teed was on one!

TOP UNIFORMS

LABEDA FREEZ

Labeda FREEZ’s teal color tone with crisp white and black made them the Flossiest team of the summer. The matching Bauer buckets and gloves completed a clean, flossy look. Their threads, made by Title Wave, proved that looking sharp is just as important as playing sharp. Also Jacob Robinsons Matching Pads and Goalie cage was just gross.
